The barrier is now fixed but the timing system has failed, so it may be a few more minutes before the 1st qualifying finally starts.

The #39 Graf crashed at one of the Ford Chicanes, and there is now a Slow Zone.

Live timing now works, with 1 hour and 10 minutes to go.

Fisico was last in the #82 Risi and is currently P35, 6th in class. The car's currently in the pits. I think our team is focusing on getting everyone their compulsory night laps because tomorrow will have better conditions. Toni has already done his night laps, so progress is very good.

There's a yellow flag at the start/finish line.

Fisico is back in the car and doing some more laps. Not very fast ones, but that's not the point of mid-session runs. It's about getting all the drivers qualified and used to the changes in night racing since 12 months ago.

Fisico has pitted after 12 laps, presumably to hand the car over to Pierre Kaffer (the only driver not to complete their night running in the #82).

Pierre Kaffer has started his night laps. He may struggle to complete them all before midnight but he will try his best.

Pierre is now 7th in GTE-Pro as one of the Fords (the #67 Ford) is now 5th-fastest. The fastest in class is the #71 AF Corse (Davide Rigon). The top 11 cars are separated by 1 second.

Session completed. The AF Corses have been the fastest (#71 ahead of #51), then there's quite a mix of cars. The #82 Risi is 7th out of a field of 11 cars, but the gap between the cars is small and the car's likely to be faster tomorrow.

Fisico got told off for exceeding track limits, but only the once, so not really a problem.

Halfway through Qualifying 3. The #82 is in the garage, apparently in good order, but like many cars is being converted from qualifying to race trim. It's currently 8th in the GTE-Pro field, but the best qualifying conditions have gone, so they're focusing on getting the best performance from the race.

Class leaders:

Overall: #7 Toyota
LMP2: #26 G-Drive
GTE-Pro: #69 Ford
GTE-Am: #50 Larbre
