Fisico is due to pit this lap, as the regulations require a stop every 13 laps or fewer.

The #88 Dempsey has had a problem while pitting from 3rd in GTE-Am. This has been attributed to the mass of GTE-Ams pitting simultaneously. Fisico managed to get a bit of a gap (the length of 2 GTE-Pros) between him and the other Ams, so he wasn't in that mess.

Note for reference: Fisico pitted on lap 13, so can now go to lap 26 before pitting again (which will be in around 50 minutes). My live timing is a lap behind, so I am waiting to see how it shook out.

The #85 (Bleekemolen P36) has spun from 5th in GTE-Am. He has continued.

Fisico is down to 2nd after that pitstop; it seems the #86 Barker (Barker) pitting a lap early paid off for the moment. Gap is 9 seconds, they're holding station and there is an Aston Martin (the #97 Aston driven by Adam) in between. That Aston is going 0.1 seconds a lap slower than Fisico.

The #6 Manor (Brundle P7) LMP1 is running slowly.

Heavy rain in the pits, as the formerly race-leading #8 Toyota gets a rear aero component.

Fisico is still 2nd in GTE-Am, and the gap is up to 10 seconds. The #88 Dempsey (Carioli) is 0.9 seconds behind but losing 0.3 seconds per lap, so probably not that much of a threat at the moment. Come on, Fisico!

Fisico seems to be losing a steady 0.5 seconds per lap to the #86 Barker (Barker, lead GTE-Am) at this phase of the race. The gap back to the #88 Dempsey (Carioli, 3rd GTE-Am) is the same as before.

The #10 Dragonspeed (Hanley, P6) LMP1's wheel has fallen off!

Fisico is now having to worry about keeping the #88 Dempsey (Carioli P47, 3rd GTE-Am) behind him. They're just 0.4 seconds apart.

Meanwhile, an unidentified LMP2 team forgot to withdraw the jacks from its car, leaving it momentarily spinning its wheels in the air.

The #86 Barker (Barker, P46, lead GTE-Am) is pitting remarkably early (8 laps, when it managed 12 last time and the class is permitted 13). Fisico takes the class lead, the #88 Dempsey (Carioli) tracking him like a magnet.

The #6 Manor/TRSM (Brundle P21, 8th LMP1) has a stop/go penalty for pit exit wheelspin.

Fisico, meanwhile, continues to be a steady 0.6 seconds ahead of the chasing #88 Dempsey (Carioli, P44, 2nd GTE-Am). It's lap 24, so expect both to pit in 2 laps.
